ATLAS, 2019.

The ATLAS Project, supported and funded by Unitaid and implemented by Therapeutic Solidarity and Initiatives for Health (Solthis) in consortium with the Institute of Research for Development (IRD) aims to boost knowledge about HIV status among most-at-risk populations to reduce new infections and HIV mortality. The project is implemented in three countries in West Africa: Côte d’Ivoire, Mali, and Senegal.

To ensure quality HIVST distribution, correct use, and accurate interpretation of results, and to promote effective linkage to testing confirmation and care, the ATLAS Project has developed comprehensive training packages for dispensing agents in each country but also HIVST supporting tools for users including adapted instructions for use (IFUs), additional leaflets, demonstration videos, and hotline support.
