Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health / International Research Consortium / Uganda Health Marketing Group / International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie) (October 2015).
This planning document was developed by the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, the International Research Consortium, the Uganda Health Marketing Group, and the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie) for a cluster-randomized controlled trial measuring the effect of HIV self-testing among female sex workers (FSWs) in Kampala, Uganda. This stakeholder engagement and evidence uptake plan includes a stakeholder analysis and community engagement planning form. Program implementers may find it useful replicate these analyses during implementation planning. This document provides a useful example for program implementers who want to plan engagement activities for community members and government officials. The document also includes a sample budget for engagement activities.
